Snapshot Failed, Scheduled Outage

Snapshot Failed Due a CSCC network-related issue, the Blackboard 9.1 snapshot failed to run properly this morning and as a result all of the Pilot courses were disabled from 7:35 AM until about 8:20 AM. Grade Center Display Name Bug

There are two names in the Grade Center column: Column name and Grade Center Display Name.  In SP 2, the Grade Center Display Name was only visible to the instructor.  In SP 3, it is visible to the students as well. Discussion Board Tagging Issue

Apparently, you cannot tag more than 20 discussion board posts at a time.  If you tag 21 or more, then you get a Not Implemented error; the tag appears to be applied to the post, but it actually is not "saved" (or "implemented" I guess). Here is video demonstration: [More...]
