Service Pack 5 Released

Workaround Discovered for Images Missing from Tests

We had a bit of a domino effect this quarter with Blackboard bugs. One bug forced us to perform a task a certain way which had a different bug which affected something else. Believe it or not, this happened with multiple items. One of these issues involves images that are in tests. [More...]

Load Balancer Test = Successful

University of Cincy completed the load balancer fail over tests this morning and the fail-over was successful. Two-minute Potential Downtime: Friday April 15 around 6:00 AM

On Friday, April 15 from approximately 6:00 AM until 6:30 AM, University of Cincinnati will be conducting a load balancer fail-over test to determine if a long-standing issue with the load balancer has been fixed. Service Pack 5 Release Notes/Resolved Issues Released

Blackboard released the Service Pack 5 Release Notes and Resolved Issues list today, although SP 5 is still a few weeks away from being released. Assignments Import with Unlimited Attempts

Jeremy Porter helped us unearth an issue yesterday related to Assignments when we imported courses from Blackboard 7.3 into Blackboard 9.1 (thanks Jeremy!).
