Service Pack 5 Released

Workaround Discovered for Images Missing from Tests

Load Balancer Test = Successful

University of Cincy completed the load balancer fail over tests this morning and the fail-over was successful. Two-minute Potential Downtime: Friday April 15 around 6:00 AM

On Friday, April 15 from approximately 6:00 AM until 6:30 AM, University of Cincinnati will be conducting a load balancer fail-over test  to determine if a long-standing issue with the load balancer has been fixed.  If the issue is fixed - which is anticipated - then we will not see any downtime.  [More...]

Service Pack 5 Release Notes/Resolved Issues Released

Assignments Import with Unlimited Attempts

Jeremy Porter helped us unearth an issue yesterday related to Assignments when we imported courses from Blackboard 7.3 into Blackboard 9.1 (thanks Jeremy!).  The Issue: In Blackboard 7.3, there was only one attempt allowed for an online Assignment.  In Blackboard 9.1, you can opt for one attempt, multiple attempts, or unlimited attempts.  For [More...]
