Kaltura Servers Issues on Campus

Starting around 11:30 AM today, the Kaltura servers were inaccessible on-campus preventing users from accessing videos and audio files on Kaltura. Kaltura Building Block Updated

At 11:30 AM this morning, UC installed a patched version of the Kaltura Building Block. Joel tested the functionality of this building block on the clone system using several different browsers and using both student and instructor roles. Chat Server being rebooted on Thursday, January 17 at 7:00 AM

Due to high uptime, UC will be restarting the Blackboard chat server on Thursday, January 17 at 7:00 AM. This means that the chat server (which powers Collaboration>Chat and Collaboration>Virtual Classroom) will be unavailable for approximately 5 to 8 minutes.
