"Access Denied" when Double-Clicking

Issue:

Double-clicking a navigation button (i.e. Save and Next, Cancel, Save and Exit, etc) will create an Access Denied error.

Workaround:

Don't double-click.  All links in Blackboard should only be clicked once.
